The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and respectful interactions with residents. A high school diploma is required, and prior senior living or healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and offices.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling and replace liners.
• Launder and replace linens and textiles as needed.
• Follow cleaning schedules and safety precautions.
• Engage with residents in a friendly, respectful manner.
