Cogir Senior Living is seeking a diligent housekeeper to maintain clean, safe living spaces for residents, staff, and visitors. You will clean resident rooms, common areas, offices and bathrooms while following schedules, safety rules, and infection control protocols with a friendly, respectful approach.

The role requires at least 1 year of housekeeping experience in a senior living or healthcare setting; attention to detail and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and offices.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
• Launder and replace linens and towels as needed.
• Follow community cleaning schedules and safety protocols.
• Build positive relationships with residents through friendly interactions.
• Respect residents' privacy while cleaning living spaces.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely per instructions.
• Follow infection control and sanitation protocols.
