Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking an attentive Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable spaces for our residents. Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and offices, with emphasis on sanitation and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of housekeeping experience in senior living or healthcare, a detail-oriented approach, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Training and growth opportunities are provided for dedicated team members.

Qualifications

• 1+ year housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality (hotels) required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and administrative offices (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing).
• Disinfect bathrooms (sinks, toilets, showers, mirrors).
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Launder and replace linens, towels, and textiles as needed.
• Follow cleaning schedules and safety protocols.
