Cogir Senior Living in the United States is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces for residents, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and offices, while ensuring high sanitation standards and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety considerations.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and offices, following schedules and safety protocols.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
• Launder and replace linens, towels, and other textiles as needed.
• Follow community cleaning schedules, safety precautions, and infection control procedures.
• Build positive relationships with residents through respectful interactions.
• Respect residents' privacy and preferences while cleaning their living spaces.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and according to instructions.
• Maintain documentation as required and adhere to ethical standards.
