Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeper Aide to provide cleaning services, ensuring a safe, sanitary, comfortable and homelike environment for residents and staff. You will follow facility policies, cooperate with the care team, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities include room and area cleaning, PPE use, waste disposal, and reporting safety issues. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and good communication with residents

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude and excellent communication are required.
• Ability to express self clearly in written and oral form within a care setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Cleans resident rooms, bathrooms and common areas daily following facility procedures.
• Respects resident privacy and preferences; knocks before entering rooms.
• Works with walls, ceilings, windows and floors as per cleaning schedules.
• Safely secures housekeeping supplies and disposes of waste per policy.
• Uses PPE and follows chemical safety instructions in all tasks.
• Reports safety hazards, pests, or injuries to supervisor as required.
