Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeper Aide to provide cleaning services that ensure a safe, sanitary, comfortable, and homelike environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Duties follow facility policies and state/federal regulations to enhance residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a healthcare environment, Environmental Services preferred.
• Friendly attitude and excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to express self in written and oral communication within an interdisciplinary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Cleans resident rooms, bathrooms and common areas daily per facility procedures.
• Knocks before entering resident rooms and respects privacy.
• Maintains safe handling of waste and biohazardous materials per policies.
• Uses PPE as required and follows chemical handling instructions.
• Monitors safety hazards and assists with drills and inspections.
• Lifts up to 50 pounds and maintains a safe, clean environment.
