Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Housekeeper in Conway, AR, with hours 8:00am–4:00pm and a pay range of $14.75–$17 per hour. You will provide housekeeping services to residents, maintaining clean, comfortable living spaces and supporting a home-like environment.

The role requires 18+, HS diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Must maintain a positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Be professional in appearance and conduct.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull a housekeeping cart.
• Good health and fitness verified by a health screening; TB test required.

• Provide housekeeping services to residents, making spaces clean and cozy.
• Keep common areas tidy, from lobby to break room.
• Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and throughout the facility.
