Pinnacle Groves in Rogers, AR is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to create clean, home-like spaces for residents and to support a warm living environment. This role is Friday and Saturday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with an hourly wage of $15–$17.75 and a strong benefits package including 401(k) with match, health insurance, disability protection, and paid time off.

Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to read and communicate in English, and pass health and background

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English reading/writing ability at 8th grade level or above.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds and push a cart.
• Clear criminal history.
• Health screening with TB test within specified window.

Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping for residents to keep spaces clean and comfortable.
• Maintain tidy areas from lobby to break room and ensure everything in its place.

Friday and Saturday

8:00am to 4:30pm

We are looking for someone (like you)

• Make Each Room a Home: By providing housekeeping services for residents, you make each area a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to live.
• Be the Master of the Mise enScène: From behind the scenes, you ensure each area, from the lobby to the employee break room, is tidy and clean, with everything in its place.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You shall have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You should be professional in appearance and conduct.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
• Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment. Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
• You must be criminally cleared.
