Ridgemere Senior Living in Conway, AR is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to provide cleaning services for residents, ensuring a comfortable and home-like environment. The role runs Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00am–2:00pm, with a pay range of $14.75–$17 per hour.

Candidates should be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to read, write, and communicate in English. Health screening and a criminal background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at least 8th grade level.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Able to lift/move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a housekeeping cart.
• Healthy and able to pass health screening and TB test.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping services to residents to keep areas clean and cozy.
• Maintain cleanliness from lobby to break room.
• Ensure all areas are tidy and in good order for residents and staff.
