Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Housekeeper located in El Dorado Hills, CA to maintain resident apartments and community spaces, with laundry duties and a focus on resident well-being.

The role runs Sunday through Thursday, 8:00am–4:30pm, at Oakmont of El Dorado Hills, offering the chance to work in a respected senior living community and contribute to a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
