Job summary

Oakmont of El Dorado Hills is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean resident apartments, public areas, and laundry for residents in a friendly, caring environment located in El Dorado Hills, CA. The role supports a senior living community with comprehensive safety standards and teamwork across departments.

Shifts run 8:00am–4:30pm, Sunday through Thursday. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior housekeeping experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
