Job summary

Oakmont of El Dorado Hills is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain resident apartments, public and common areas, and laundry for residents and the community in a friendly, courteous manner, upholding Oakmont’s mission and values.

The position is located in El Dorado Hills, CA with 8:00a-4:30p shifts, Sunday through Thursday, and pays $17-$18 per hour. A health/safety conscious, team-oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal communication with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents, and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Vaccination and PPE requirements to prevent spread of diseases as per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
