Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a friendly Housekeeper located in El Dorado Hills, CA to clean resident apartments, public and common areas, and laundry for residents and the community in a courteous, safety-minded way, in line with our mission and values.

Shifts are 8:00am–4:30pm, Sunday through Thursday, with pay range $17–$18 per hour. Candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma or equivalent, and provide a background check and health screening. We offer benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal communication with staff, physicians, residents and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (TB, etc.).
• Vaccination and PPE per regulatory guidelines may be required.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments as directed.
• Clean all public, common, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
