Suite Living Senior Care in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Dietary Manager/Head Cook for our Memory Care + Assisted Living community. This full-time position runs 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with no on-call shifts.

Active ServSafe and CFPM licenses are required at hire, and benefits include BCBS medical, dental, PTO, life and LTD, and a 401k match. You will prepare meals per the menu with batch cooking, ensure dining room and kitchen cleanliness, manage inventory and ordering, and work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year in dietary manager/head cook role in senior living preferred.
• ServSafe Certification and CFPM license required at hire.

Responsabilités

• Prepare meals per menu using batch cooking methods.
• Maintain clean, presentable dining room and kitchen areas.
• Monitor inventory; order food and supplies within budget.
• Coordinate with AL Director and Clinical Nurse Manager on dietary needs.
• Assist with special events and weekend staffing as needed.
