Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living in Memphis is seeking a driven Community Relations Director to lead occupancy growth and outreach for our senior living community. This role blends sales with relationship-building, guiding families through important decisions and partnering with hospitals, physicians, and referral sources.

You will develop and execute strategic marketing plans, manage the sales funnel, conduct tours, analyze metrics, and collaborate with leadership to support move-ins.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales, marketing, or business development experience (senior living or healthcare preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic marketing and sales plan to achieve occupancy goals.
• Manage and move prospects effectively through the sales funnel; conduct tours and consultative conversations.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners.
• Track and analyze sales metrics to drive performance improvements.
• Partner with leadership to support successful move-ins and resident transitions.
• Complete required marketing reports and maintain accurate CRM documentation.
• Represent the community at networking and outreach events.
