Work with Willow in Plymouth Meeting, PA seeks a Sales & Marketing Director for a senior living community. You will lead daily sales and marketing initiatives, build relationships with residents, families, and referral partners, and drive occupancy growth with a compassionate, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years experience in senior living, assisted living, or related healthcare environment.
• Previous inside/outside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales and marketing efforts to support occupancy and census goals.
• Build relationships with prospective residents, families, referral partners, and community organizations.
• Respond to inquiries, conduct tours, and guide prospects through the decision process.
