Job summary

Bridgeway Park Superior is seeking a results‑oriented Marketing Leader to expand census through proactive community outreach and strong hospital/SNF partnerships. You will drive lead generation, coordinate tours, and collaborate with leadership to grow the community’s market presence.

The role requires building a robust sales culture, exceptional communication, and the ability to travel locally to engage with referral sources and events, contributing to a warm, high‑care senior living

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales/business development within senior living or healthcare
• Experience building referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs and physician offices
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to drive census growth
• Ability to identify and implement new strategies to increase community visits and tours

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and schedule tours to drive census growth
• Develop and implement a business development plan with regional referrals
• Manage the CRM system and track outreach, follow-ups, and outcomes
• Coordinate with Executive Director and Director of Sales on appointments and leads
• Travel locally (75%) to networking events, referral sources, and assessments
