Job summary

We Care Centers of Burlington is seeking a Marketing Liaison to develop and implement marketing strategies that attract new residents and strengthen ties with current ones. The role requires two years of healthcare experience and a proven ability to craft campaigns that boost occupancy.

You will collaborate with teams, conduct market research, create promotional materials, and build partnerships with local organizations to drive referrals and growth in our senior living community.

Qualifications

• Marketing, Communications, or a related field experience.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in senior living or related industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive occupancy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and messaging.
