Job summary

Sherbrooke Village in St. Louis, MO seeks a Business Development Liaison to enhance admissions, grow census, and build partnerships with referral sources.

You will collaborate with center teams to coordinate admissions, plan marketing initiatives, and promote the center to physicians, community leaders, and media. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience in healthcare or long-term care, strong communication, and the ability to operate a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, healthcare management, or related field.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred.
• Must be able to operate a vehicle.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategies to maximize center census and streamline admissions 24/7.
• Collaborate with center team to coordinate admissions and events.
• Develop and implement marketing plans for long- and short-term goals.
• Promote the center to referral sources, leaders, physicians, community, and media.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families.
• Receive referrals and track activity daily.
• Contact families to invite for a tour.
• Provide excellent customer service to aid transitions from acute to post-acute care.
• Advise on admission requirements per center and HMO guidelines.
• Assemble admission and sales packets.
• Promote center PR to outside community and healthcare providers.
• Maintain relationships with referring community agencies.
• All other duties as assigned.
