Job summary

The Highlands in Wyomissing, PA is seeking a Maintenance/Grounds Technician to maintain buildings and campus grounds, perform repairs, and handle snow removal in a full-time role.

You will use electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry skills, work with contractors, and participate in an on-call rotation to keep residents safe and comfortable.

Strong communication, teamwork, and basic Microsoft Office skills are required; HS diploma or GED required, with preferred trade credentials.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
