Job summary

The Reserve at Fairhope, a premier senior living community in Fairhope, AL, is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to welcome residents and visitors, manage sign-in/out, route calls, and handle deliveries with discretion. You will support the Lifestyles team with event reservations, maintain accurate resident contact records, and coordinate with other departments to ensure exceptional resident service.

High school diploma and customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related customer service experience.
• Experience in long-term care or hospitality preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and visitors, manage front desk sign-in/out, and handle calls.
• Accommodate resident requests for assistance and refer to staff.
• Provide marketing information to visitors.
• Assist Lifestyles with event reservations and record fees.
• Maintain resident information database and distribute phone lists.
• Support other departments to ensure high quality resident service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
