Job summary

Leisure Living - Cascade Trails Assisted Living seeks a friendly Receptionist to provide courteous service to residents and visitors. You will answer calls, greet guests, check in residents, and support leasing and maintenance coordination.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1–3 years of related experience. Part-time schedule is 2–3 days/week from 3pm–7pm, with every other weekend/holiday from 11am–3pm, and pay at $15/hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer to appropriate department.
• Daily resident check-in and welcoming visitors.
• Answer routine inquiries and greet residents and guests professionally.
• Distribute applications to prospective employees.
• Refer residents and families to Leasing Team.
• Sort and deliver mail, messages, and packages.
• Know emergency procedures and fire/police protocols.
• Assist with accounting duties as assigned by Property Administrator.
