LCB Senior Living, LLC is seeking a friendly part-time Receptionist for The Lodge at Historic Lewes. The role covers weekend shifts, front desk operations, guest greeting, and telephone management in a senior living community in Lewes, Delaware.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 6–12 months of reception experience, with strong English communication and a commitment to exceptional customer service. This position offers PTO, holiday pay, and potential tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic telephone reception systems and techniques.
• Ability to handle incoming calls and visitors in a pleasant, courteous manner and represent the residence professionally.
• Ability to respond calmly to emergency situations.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors professionally and direct them as needed.
• Handle front desk tasks including mail, guest meal charges, and correspondence.
• Screen and route phone calls; maintain front desk area and logbooks.
• Assist with front desk coordination and emergency procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and stock Resident/Community materials.
