Job summary

LCB Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist for The Reserve at East Longmeadow in East Longmeadow, MA. The position covers Friday through Sunday, 8am–4pm, and involves front desk duties, answering and routing calls, greeting visitors, and performing light clerical tasks to support a welcoming environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic telephone reception systems and techniques.
• Ability to greet guests and visitors in a professional manner.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in an office environment preferred; typing/word processing helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming telephone calls professionally and direct them appropriately.
• Greet guests and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Perform clerical tasks and file correspondence.
• Maintain front desk area and communicate log updates regularly.
• Assist with routine administrative duties and resident-related documentation.
