Job summary

King-Bruwaert House in Burr Ridge, IL is hiring a part-time Receptionist to support our hospitality team across AM and PM shifts. You will greet residents, guests, and staff, answer calls, and coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to speak, write and communicate in English.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Previous receptionist experience in senior living is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department in an efficient, timely, and caring manner.
• Provide clerical support to residents and staff.
• Sort and distribute all incoming mail, packages and newsletters for House and Gardens residents and staff.
• Take dinner reservations for residents via in-person and over the telephone.
• Ensure visitors sign in/out in accordance with KB's policies and procedures.
• Direct visitors to appropriate department or individual.
