Job summary

The Avalon of Lewis Center is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge to greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, and vendors daily in a warm, professional manner. The role serves as the first face visitors see in our community.

Hours are 4p-9p weekdays and 8a-2p or 2p-9p weekends; pay starts at $15 depending on experience. Join us for interviews Wednesdays 10a-12p or Saturdays/Sundays 10a-12p.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
