Job summary

The Avalon of Lewis Center in Lewis Center, OH is hiring an evening and weekend front desk Concierge to greet residents, guests, and vendors with warmth and professionalism.

You will handle telephone coverage, assist with deliveries and maintenance requests, and support the Business Office with light tasks. Part-time schedule 4p-9p weekdays and 8a-2p or 2p-9p weekends; salary starts at $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner that meets organizational objectives and serves individuals.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt in log book, and notify recipient of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
