Legacy Senior Living in Rome, GA is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the face of our community, greeting visitors and supporting residents and staff.

You will manage calls, coordinate appointments, keep the lobby welcoming, and assist with mail, supplies, and basic clerical tasks. A high school diploma and strong customer service skills are required, with discretion handling sensitive information; weekend/holiday hours may be scheduled.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; office training a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
