Sagora Senior Living is seeking a personable Concierge to create a welcoming first impression for residents and visitors at a Sagora community. You will manage the front desk, handle calls, and provide information in person and via email, supporting a friendly, professional environment.

Required are a high school diploma or GED and strong communication skills, with 6 months of related experience preferred. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months related concierge/front desk experience preferred.
• multitasking and time-management skills required.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage reception area and ensure effective telephone/mail communications.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk as needed.
• Make rounds for security procedures.
• Provide basic information in person, by phone, or via email.
• Respond to emergencies as needed.
