Era Living is seeking a full-time Floor Nurse (LPN/RN) for The Gardens at Town Square in Bellevue, WA. Shifts are Sun–Thu, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. You will assess residents, implement health care services and work with leadership to promote health and monitor residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Nursing program as LPN or RN.
• Complete Modified Fundamentals of Caregiving.
• Two years’ experience with older adults.
• CPR certificate current.
• Food Handler’s Certificate or able to obtain within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and implement health care services.
• Collaborate with Terrace Manager, Assisted Living Manager and Community Health Director for health promotion and monitoring.
