Job summary

Era Living's The Gardens at Town Square in Bellevue, WA seeks a part-time Floor Nurse (LPN/RN) to join the Memory Care team. Shifts are Friday and Saturday, 6:00AM–2:30PM.

You will assess residents, implement care plans, and collaborate with managers to monitor health and promote well-being. Requirements include nursing degree, current CPR, 2 years’ experience with older adults, and ability to work with residents with dementia.

Qualifications

• Graduate of School of Nursing (LPN or RN).
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Experience with older adults and dementia care preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Floor Nurse will assess residents and implement health care services.
• Collaborate with Terrace Manager, Assisted Living Manager and Community Health Director.
• Support health promotion and resident monitoring in memory care.
