Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Redmond is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support daily repairs and preventative facility maintenance across our community. You will perform basic repairs, assist with painting, and help maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems to keep residents safe and comfortable.

You will also manage tools and inventory, assist with make-ready suites, follow OSHA and safety standards, and participate in emergency drills. This is a hands-on role in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and routine maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA, infection control).

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance tasks and work orders.
• Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures).
