Job summary

Casper Mountain Rehabilitation & Care Center in Casper, Wyoming, seeks a compassionate LPN to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other team members to ensure safe, person-centered care.

The role emphasizes leadership in daily nursing operations, care coordination, and adherence to regulatory standards while fostering resident dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current, active LPN license in Wyoming in good standing.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate significant changes.
• Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff as assigned.
• Ensure timely documentation in the EMR and compliance with CMS/ Wyoming requirements.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians and other care team members.
