Job summary

HRW Companies in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Administrator to organize day-to-day facility operations, oversee a team of managers, and ensure smooth coordination among staff, residents, and families.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, available by phone as the top position, and adept at budgeting, policy implementation, and community partnerships to deliver quality care.

Qualifications

• RCF/AL Administrator License or LPN preferred, but not required
• Level 1 Med Aide or CNA experience
• Health care experience including management responsibility and supervision of staff
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities with regulatory compliance history
