Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the administrator and monitor daily work assignments for completion and accuracy.
• Administer medications and obtain weights and vital signs.
• Face checks and other protective oversight measures to ensure resident safety.
• Assist with personal care needs and charting.
• Interact with residents and address their needs and desires.
• Report changes in residents' health and behavior to the team.
• Coordinate residents' care needs with providers and outside resources.
• On call, staffing, and scheduling responsibilities.

The candidates will work to help provide quality resident care by assuring residents’ safety, physical, emotional, spiritual, and medical needs are met using excellent leadership and customer service skills.
