Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee building and grounds maintenance, housekeeping, and transportation services at the community. You will ensure safety, compliance, and efficient operation of the campus while coordinating with vendors and staff.

The role requires leadership, multi-tasking, and strong problem-solving abilities, with experience in maintenance or facilities management highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical degree required.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance of buildings, grounds, security and mechanical assets.
• Oversees housekeeping, laundry and transportation services per policy.
• Manages total operation and maintenance of campus to high standards.
• Develops vendor relationships and negotiates maintenance contracts.
• Conducts apartment inspections prior to occupancy.
• Leads preventative maintenance program and work order system.
• Plans and directs housekeeping/laundry operations within regulatory guidelines.
• Reviews monthly financial statements and acts on deficiencies.
