Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years in building maintenance or related fields.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and structural systems.
• Experience in multifamily housing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical plant, exterior and interior common areas and resident units.
• Perform hands-on work with a maintenance team and complete work orders.
• Assist with apartment turnovers including painting and cleaning.
• Maintain grounds and landscaping around the community.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to support residents and staff.
