Job summary

Provincial Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to greet guests, residents and staff, manage external and internal calls, and provide information of a general nature.

The role includes handling messages, coordinating mail and move-in/out duties, preparing meal tickets, and maintaining records and logs. A high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• One to three years of customer service experience and/or training.
• Greeting guests, residents and staff; polite and professional communication.
• Ability to manage calls and messages accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests and employees and answer inquiries.
• Take and relay messages; provide general information as needed.
• Coordinate mail and move-in/out communications; assist as directed.
• Prepare meal tickets for team members and tally meals for dining staff.
• Maintain front desk area neat and organized and update lists and logs.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and other duties as assigned.
