You’ll oversee day-to-day community operations, growth in occupancy, and adherence to regulatory standards, with a strong emphasis on servant leadership and staff development to foster a thriving senior

Formación

• Active New Jersey CALA license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a clear driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, inspire and develop your team by providing direction, motivation, and a positive culture.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, training, performance management, and employee development.
• Build relationships with residents, families, and community partners to ensure exceptional experiences.
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and community growth through sales and relationship-building initiatives.
• Manage resident admissions, service plan reviews, and renewal initiatives in collaboration with the team.
• Oversee operations with a focus on compliance, budgeting, and maintaining high service standards.
