Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CALA license.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As the leader of Mira Vie at Bridgewater, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the community while balancing exceptional resident experiences, team development, business growth, and financial performance.

Lead, Inspire & Develop Your Team

• Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to community team members, fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.

• Oversee recruiting, hiring, training, performance management, and employee development.

• Build a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to deliver outstanding service.

• Provide hand-on support to the team and assist with operational needs as necessary.

Build Relationships & Create Exceptional Resident Experiences

• Promote resident satisfaction, engagement, and retention through high-quality service and meaningful relationships.

• Build trust with residents, families, team members, prospective residents, and community partners.

• Address concerns proactively and ensure residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

• Oversee resident admissions, service plan reviews, and renewal initiatives in collaboration with the appropriate team members.

• Support resident care operations and ensure services are delivered in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies.

Drive Sales, Occupancy & Community Growth

• Leverage your sales, relationship-building, and business development skills to increase occupancy and achieve community growth goals.

• Develop strong relationships with prospective residents, families, referral partners, and local organizations.

• Partner with sales and marketing teams to create opportunities, strengthen the community’s reputation, and support occupancy goals.

• Identify opportunities to enhance revenue, improve resident retention, and deliver an exceptional experience throughout the resident journey.

• Represent Mira Vie at Bridgewater within the local community and build meaningful connections with civic, professional, and community organizations.

Oversee Operations & Financial Performance

• Direct overall community operations in accordance with company policies, applicable regulations, and established standards.

• Collaborate with Regional Operations to develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.

• Monitor occupancy, revenue, and expenses to achieve financial goals while maintaining quality services.

• Oversee building maintenance, grounds, safety, and preventative maintenance programs.

• Maintain required licenses, records, policies, and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including requirements related to resident care, medication administration, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a senior living Executive Director position.

• The ability to build relationships, inspire teams, identify business opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
