The role involves managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential care, relevant certifications, and leadership skills. Qualifications

• At least three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly.
• Prefer five years of experience supervising and managing employees.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.
