The role is accountable for resident experiences, regulatory compliance, and financial sustainability.

This full-time, onsite position (8am-4pm, Mon-Fri) offers a salary range of $187,000 to $281,000 annually, based on years of experience, with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Illinois or licensure eligible.
• Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success leading large, complex organizations with multiple service lines.
• Proven ability to develop high-performing teams and drive measurable operational improvements.
• Experience managing operating and capital budgets.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership and Planning: work with Corporate Leadership to implement mission, vision, values, and priorities.
• Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness: build high-performing leadership through coaching and accountability.
• Develop operating and capital budgets with COO and VP of Finance; monitor budgets and KPIs.
• Census and Marketing: achieve census goals and partner with Sales/Marketing to maximize occupancy.
• Operations Management: ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and standardization.
• Clinical Oversight: partner with Medical Director and COO to ensure clinical excellence.
• Hospitality and Resident Experience: foster hospitality and address resident concerns promptly.
• Facilities Operations and Community Relations: maintain facilities and engage with community and Foundation.
