Job summary

CountryHouse Elkhorn, part of Agemark Senior Living, seeks an Executive Director to lead day-to-day operations of the Elkhorn, NE community. A servant leader who builds strong teams, delivers exceptional resident experiences, and maintains financial health while upholding high standards of care, compliance, and culture.

You will lead people, champion residents, drive occupancy to 95%+, manage the budget, oversee billing and staffing, and partner with the Director of Nursing on care planning.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in healthcare, business, nursing, geriatrics, or a related field.
• Experience in senior housing, healthcare, or a related industry is required.
• 2+ years managing staff and a budget with a track record of integrity and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and supervise a strong team while promoting company values and daily operations.
• Partner with families, service providers, and staff to deliver personalized, high‑quality care.
• Own occupancy goals and drive sales, marketing, and outreach to achieve 95%+ occupancy.
• Build and manage the annual community budget, oversee billing, vendor bids, and expenses.
