Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living seeks an experienced operations leader to manage a large senior living community. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and drive occupancy and revenue growth across multiple product lines.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with district leadership and sales teams to achieve community goals. Candidates should have strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of three years in operational leadership.
• Experience leading a multi-unit senior living or similar community is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day operations of a large senior living community (60–65 units and 2 product lines or 65–175 units with up to two product lines).
• Develops and executes the community business plan; manages budgets and drives revenue and occupancy.
• Oversees staffing, recruitment, training, and retention; ensures compliant and quality care.
• Partners with district and sales teams to achieve occupancy and RevPAR targets.
• Fosters an inclusive culture and strong resident and family engagement.
