Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, Gerontology or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years managing a General Manager/Administrator role, or 5-10 years in Senior Living with management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations with P&L responsibility and financial performance.
• Lead employees and ensure resident and family satisfaction.
• Own Sales & Marketing processes to maximize revenue and market position.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and facility licensing.
• Manage budgets, payroll and accounts payable; monitor and maximize ancillary revenue.
