Job summary

The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village is seeking an Executive Director to lead hands-on operations, drive financial performance, and maximize resident satisfaction. You will own the P&L, supervise staff, and guide the Sales & Marketing strategy to strengthen revenue and market position within a Phoenix Senior Living community.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field with 5–10 years in senior living management (GM/Administrator level preferred) and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years GM/Administrator experience preferred, or 5–10 years Senior Living with 5 in management.
• Valid driver’s license; license to operate an assisted living facility if mandated by state.

Responsibilities

• Own the profit and loss, and financial performance.
• Provide leadership of staff and resident/family satisfaction.
• Own the Sales & Marketing process to maximize revenue and market position.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and Phoenix policies.
• Oversee budget development, payroll and accounts payable; maximize ancillary revenue.
