Job summary

Viva Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director in Missouri to oversee community operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a compassionate team. The role requires licensing, supervision experience, and strong staff management in a residential care setting.

Excellent communication and adherence to resident rights are essential. The ED will coordinate care services, ensure proper staffing, and serve as the company’s representative during licensing inspections and community marketing

Qualifications

• Must have completed a minimum of two years of college education.
• Must have a minimum of three years in a supervisory role.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle (driver) is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the general well‑being and health of residents in the community.
• Oversees coordination of care and services, including oversight of Resident Care staff.
• Ensures staffing is appropriate and maintains the organization’s core values.
• Participates in marketing around the community for residents and staff recruitment.
• Acts as the responsible party before, during, and after licensing inspections.
