Job summary

Midwest Health in Topeka, KS seeks an Executive Director with senior living management experience to oversee operations, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and maintain high-quality resident care. On- the- job training will be provided and the Assisted Living Manager Course must be completed within 6 months after hire if not already obtained.

The role involves directing the organization under the Regional VP, monitoring compliance with policies, budgets, admissions, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience managing senior living facilities.
• Knowledge of Kansas and Federal requirements.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor compliance with total patient care, personnel, medical staff, financial status, PR and maintenance under broad directives.
• Explain policies to staff and other concerned parties.
• Periodically review policies and discuss changes with responsible personnel.
• Regularly check financial status, maintain efficient accounting system; help prepare annual budget and records.
• Assist residents with admission and ensure compliance with Kansas and Federal requirements for admission, including Advance Directives and Resident Rights.
• Review and monitor facility compliance with national, state and local standards.
• Review and monitor workforce competence.
