Job summary

The Wellington at North Bend Crossing, part of Sonida Senior Living, seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead daily operations, finances, and strategic initiatives in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will oversee Resident care, HR, and regulatory compliance while driving occupancy and service quality across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care programs.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in senior living, licensure where required, and a proven track record of managing

Qualifications

• Experience leading a senior living community or similar senior care program.
• Strong financial, HR and operations management skills.
• State licensure requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the community and manage financial, HR, and operations.
• Ensure policy adherence for Resident care.
• Supervise recruitment, hiring, and performance of team members.
• Develop and implement occupancy and sales plans.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee budgeting and expense control.
