Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, gerontology, business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, healthcare, or related industry.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and managing community operations.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to assisted living and memory care.
• Meets or has the ability to meet applicable state requirements for Assisted Living Executive Directors.

Responsibilities

• Lead community operations and ensure high-quality resident care.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive staff development, recruitment, and team performance.
